Below are the conditions that generally regulate access to the Website for both services and functionalities offered, without prejudice to the application of other different conditions for the contracting of goods or services. 1. Identification of the parties

These General Terms of Use are signed by the Owner on one part and by you as a user (hereinafter the "User"), a natural or legal person who voluntarily accesses the Website freely and free of charge. These conditions will be applicable regardless of subscription to the crowdfunding services offered through the Platform, managed by authorized operators.

2. Purpose of the Website

Property Buyers is a legal real estate investment platform that provides investment clubs with the necessary tools and technology so that investors can participate in real estate investment opportunities through digitally represented participatory loans.

3. Exemption from advice and assumption of risks

Property Buyers does not provide financial advisory services or make investment recommendations. The investment opportunities presented on the Platform are based on participatory loans and are provided to investors for informational purposes only. The investor User assumes entirely the risk derived from their investment decisions and is responsible for evaluating the opportunities according to their own financial situation, objectives and risk level. Property Buyers does not guarantee the economic viability or success of the real estate projects presented on the Platform.

4. User obligations

  • Use the Website diligently, correctly and lawfully, always respecting current legislation, morality and good customs, as well as public order.
  • Periodically review these conditions and the communications that :client sends you, as they may contain important information.
  • Register with your real and current identity.
  • Do not use the Website for commercial purposes, especially to collect information or content for the purpose of providing services that compete with :client.
  • Do not damage, disable, overload or hinder the service or perform actions that introduce viruses or any other malicious code.

5. Website availability

The Owner does everything possible to improve and expand Property Buyers, as well as its content and the services offered. However, the website will be displayed "as is" according to its availability and limitations at any given time.

6. Particular Registration Conditions

These conditions are signed by Property Buyers and the User who completes the registration process. Those users who meet the established legal requirements, including legal representation if applicable, and complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process may register as "Investors". Property Buyers reserves the right to verify the identity of the User at any time and may unsubscribe the User if non-compliance is detected.

7. Validity of electronic contracting

In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, contracts entered into electronically between Property Buyers and users will be valid and will produce all legal effects. Acceptance of these terms and conditions during registration constitutes valid consent for the contracting of the services offered.

8. Duration and termination of the contract

This contract will have a duration equivalent to the validity of the participatory loan with a maximum term of five (5) years, unless the parties agree otherwise or early termination occurs due to serious breach of contractual obligations. In the event of early termination, the investor will continue to be responsible for all previously acquired obligations.

9. Modification of terms and conditions

Property Buyers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. The modifications will come into force at the time of their publication and will only affect users who accept the modified terms after the update. Users who accepted the previous terms will be notified of the changes.

10. Risks and disclaimer

Property Buyers takes all reasonable security measures to protect its platform. However, it does not guarantee the absence of technical failures, errors or cyber intrusions that may alter the system. The user acknowledges and accepts that such risks are inherent to the use of the platform and exempts Property Buyers from any liability for economic losses derived from investment decisions.

11. Conflict resolution and claims procedure

Property Buyers makes a Claims Channel available to users on the platform, through which they can submit complaints or claims. If a friendly agreement is not reached, both parties submit to Spanish law and to the courts and tribunals of Valencia, unless the user is a consumer, in which case they will submit to the courts of their domicile.

12. Intellectual and industrial property rights

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the Website and its content, including programming, design, graphics, trademarks and texts, belong to Property Buyers or to third parties who have authorized their use. Any reproduction, distribution or transformation is prohibited without the prior written consent of Property Buyers.

13. Compensation and sanctions

The Owner may sanction any User who breaches the applicable conditions with the impossibility of accessing the website temporarily or indefinitely. In addition, any damage, loss or cost resulting from non-compliance will be compensated by the responsible User. Depending on the severity of the infraction, Property Buyers may go to court.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationships between the Owner and the User are governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Valencia, unless the User has the status of consumer, in which case they will submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
